Ceyhun Bayramov
Rovshan Sadigbayli

Government of Azerbaijan since 2002. He joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan in 2006. He worked in various positions within the MFA in the Departments of Foreign Policy Planning and Regional Security from 2006-2016.
From 2010-2013 he served in the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the United States of America as Second and First Secretary.
From 2016-2021 R. Sadigbayli served as Counsellor and Deputy Chief of Mission in the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Republic of Austria and Permanent Mission of Azerbaijan to the OSCE and other International Organizations in Vienna, Austria.
On 23 July 2021, Rovshan Sadigbayli has been appointed Ambassador to Austria and Permanent Representative of Azerbaijan to the OSCE and other International Organizations in Vienna.
Ambassador Rovshan Sadigbayli holds Bachelor and Master’s degrees in the Middle Eastern Studies, International Relations and Education Policy from Baku State University, Bilkent University (Turkey) and University of Massachusetts (USA) respectively. He attended training programs at George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies, Germany (2007), Geneva Center for Security Policy, Switzerland (2009) and NATO Defense College, Italy (2009).
Ambassador Rovshan Sadigbayli speaks English, Russian and French. He is married with one son.
