By downloading the "Mobile Notary" application from the "AppStore" or "Google Play" platforms to your mobile device, you can formalize various types of power of attorney and consent applications in electronic form. If you have any questions about the use of the application, please contact the main office of Registration and Notary of the Ministry of Justice.
At the consulate general, the consul approves a power of attorney issued in the name of one or more persons on behalf of one or more persons.
The power of attorney is issued for any period of time (except for the power of attorney providing the right to dispose of the vehicle).A power of attorney providing the right to dispose of a vehicle cannot be issued for a period of more than one year.
Required documents
Original and copy of the document confirming the identity of the trustor;
Copy of the document confirming the identity of the trusted person;
Additional other documents depending on the text of the power of attorney;
State fee in the amount of 20 US dollars for issuing a power of attorney to the bank account of the Embassy:
